Qualifications for Enrollment:

1. Complete documentary admission requirements with the registrar’s office.
2. Clear all account balances with the cashier’s office.
3. Copy of Signed Clearance from the different AISAT offices (You can get a copy of your clearance at the Office of Student Affairs)

Instructions:

1. Use your AISAT email and fill out the form on this link: https://tinyurl.com/yrwu52de
2. Complete the form accurately to ensure that your enrollment will be processed.
3. Attach a clear copy of your proof of down payment of  
   1. P 7,000 (1st-year and 2nd-year students)
   2. P 6,000 (3rd-year and 4th-year students) Note that the down payment will be used to pay any unpaid balance of previous semesters before it will be credited as your down payment.
4. Attach a clear image of your signed CLEARANCE for the 1st Semester SY 2024-2025. Incomplete clearances will not be processed, and you will receive an email notification if
   any deficiencies are found.
5. Once enrollment is successful, you will receive your Certificate of Registration (COR) via email. This serves as your enrollment confirmation. You may present this document to your instructor, as they may request it for verification.
6. If you fail a prerequisite subject, any related subjects will be automatically dropped from your enrollment
7. Regular students will be enrolled in the courses listed in their respective course curricula.
8. For 3rd-year BS AMT and BS AET students scheduled for OJT in the 2nd Semester, you will be enrolled in the corresponding subject. However, students with failing grades can only proceed with their OJT upon receiving approval from the Program Head.
9. The table below outlines the subjects to be taken by 3rd and 4th-year BS AMT and BS AET students.
