ADMISSIONS AND ENROLLMENT MAP
(FOR NEW STUDENTS)

  1. Send a Private Message on the AISAT Davao FB Page to get the Registration Link.
  2. Fill out the form and attach the Payment Proof of your Registration Fee (NOTE: The exam fee is Non-refundable and Non-transferable).
  3. After filling out the form, take a screenshot of the Confirmation Message, which will serve as your successful exam registration.
  4. Take note of the Exam Do’s and Don’ts indicated on the Registration form for your guidance during examination.
  5. Go to AISAT Bldg., at Sta. Ana. Ave. corner Leon Garcia St., Davao City to take your scheduled examination.
  6. The examination result will be emailed 7 working days (excluding weekends and holidays) after the scheduled exam.

NOTE: 

In case of emergency, you may request to reschedule your exam before the deadline of the next schedule, provided that slots are still available. Send a Private Message to AISAT Davao FB Page to ask for the Reschedule Form.

After receiving your Examination Result, you can proceed to make an enrollment down payment  with the following details:

IMPORTANT NOTE: 

No direct payment received in AISAT.

Down payment is non-refundable and non-transferable.

Enrollment Confirmation will be emailed 5 days (excluding holidays). Once confirmation is received, you may now start submitting the following admission documents on or before the start of class of a  particular semester.

Incoming Freshmen (Senior High School Graduate)

  • Original PSA Birth Certificate
  • PSA Marriage Certificate (for Female applicants who opt to use her husband surname)
  • 1pc 2×2 Picture  (Close up picture on white background) – Write your FULL NAME and COURSE at the back of each ID picture.
  • Certificate of Good Moral Character
  • SF 9 (Form 138-A)
  • Photocopy Senior High School Diploma – Optional- Student May/ May not Submit
  • Form 137 (school-to-school transaction) – The AISAT Registrar’s Office will issue a hand-carry request letter to the student if the previous school fails to respond. a Request Letter only if the previous school fails to respond.

College Transferees (Previously enrolled in another college)

  • Original PSA Birth Certificate
  • PSA Marriage Certificate (for Female applicants who opt to use her husband surname)
  • 1pc 2×2 ID (Close up picture on white background) – Write your FULL NAME and COURSE at the back of each ID picture.
  • Certificate of Good Moral Character
  • Original Honorable Dismissal
  • Original Transcript of Records (Photocopy of Grades may be used for evaluation purposes only)
  • Granted TOR (school-to-school transaction) – The AISAT Registrar’s Office will  issue a hand-carry request letter to the student if the previous school fails to respond

Note: Place all required academic documents in a LONG BROWN FOLDER with your FULL NAME at the back portion.

Students will receive an email to activate their official AISAT Student Email. You may check your spam emails if you have not received any instruction email after 14 days or email it@aisat.edu.ph for assistance. 

  1. Perform Laboratory tests (as specified by the school) at your preferred clinic
    1. Complete Blood Count
    2. Urinalysis
    3. Fecalysis
    4. Chest X-ray
  2. Bring your laboratory results to the school on the scheduled date of Medical Consultation 
  3. Fill Out the Medical Questionnaire and Screening Form
  4. Undergo Medical Consultation at the School

The schedule will be posted via email and AISAT Davao FB page. All Freshmen, transferees and returnees are required to attend the orientation program.

Students who are not able to attend the scheduled event are requested to directly visit the Office of Student Affairs on their first day of class for a one-on-one orientation, as well as claiming their student IDs and onboarding Checklist.
