Academic Scholarship Program

  1. Only Filipino applicants enrolled full time or maintain at least 20 college units when availing of the scholarship program may apply.

  2. Applicants who have previously completed a college degree are disqualified from the Academic Scholarship Program.

  3. Applicants must qualify from the grade requirements below.

  1. The grant of scholarship is not a vested right and is valid only for the first semester of the applicant’s academic career in AISAT. Subsequent enjoyment of scholarship privileges shall be applied for under the Academic Achievement Discount.

  2. Any academic scholar who commits a major offense will automatically be disqualified.

  3. Interested applicants shall submit the application form and all required documents to the Head of Student Affairs at least 2 weeks prior to the start of enrolment for the semester applied for.

 

Required Documents:

 

  1. Photocopy of grades from Senior High School

  2. AISAT Recommendation form signed by Senior High School Principal or Senior High School Coordinator

  3. Certificate of Good Moral Character

  4. Entrance Exam Result (passed in all areas of exam)/ IDT Scholarship Certificate

Student Assistance Scholarship (SAS) Program

  1. This program is available to Filipino AISAT college students (2-year program or BS) who are enrolled in AISAT during the preceding semester as full-time students. It is not available to new students, transferees and those who previously completed a college degree.

  2. Qualified applicants for scholarships shall enjoy 100% discount on tuition fee, provided that the student assistant scholar maintains a grade of at least 83% in all subjects and a general average of 85%.

  3. The applicant’s total household income must not be more than P250, 000.00 per year.

  4. A Student Assistant must render 10 hours of college service per week (2 hours per day, Monday to Friday, between 8am and 5pm); including 2 weeks or 80 hours during the subsequent summer vacation. Successful applicants who do not have sufficient vacant periods during school hours must agree to withdraw from some subjects in order to render the college service required. 

  5. The grant of scholarship is not a vested right and is subject to evaluation at the end of each semester. Student assistants may be disqualified from re-applying to the program due to the following reasons:

    1. has poor attendance or excessive tardiness for more than 1 month

    2. fails to meet the minimum expectation or performance at their assigned tasks 

    3. preceding grades fall under the minimum grade requirement

  6. Any student assistant scholar may be required to pay the proportionate tuition fee for the semester due to the following reasons:

    1. a student who commits a major offense during the semester will be disqualified from the scholarship

    2. student withdraws from the program within the semester

 

Required documents:

 

Photocopy of latest Income Tax Return (ITR) or Certificate of Non-filing of Income of parents or guardians

AISAT Student Assistance Scholarship Recommendation form signed by:

  1. 3 AISAT faculty members; the Head of Student Affairs, indicating that the applicant is of good moral character and if the student is actively participating in school activities; and the Guidance Counsellor

  2. Grades from the previous semester

  3. Copy of class schedule

Academic Achievement Discount

Qualifications:

  1. Must be a Dean’s lister

  2. Taken at least 18 units in the preceding semester

  3. College students who are Filipino Citizens

  4. Must have submitted complete enrollment credentials

  5. Scholarship rates are as follows:

  1. The school reserves the right to limit the number of academic scholarships to a maximum of 5% of the total student population.

Siblings Discount

  1. This program is available to Filipino College students enrolled in AISAT.

  2. Both siblings must be currently enrolled in the semester applied for.

  3. An applicant must not have any record of committing any of the major offenses stated in AISAT’s student handbook during his/her stay in AISAT. 

  4. Qualified applicants shall enjoy the discount on tuition fee only on the semester that he/she is currently enrolled.

Student Athlete Discount

  1. This program is available to Filipino College students enrolled in AISAT.

  2. An applicant must not have any record of committing any of the major offenses stated in AISAT’s student handbook during his/her stay in AISAT.

  3. Applicant must maintain the grade requirements of no grades below 80% in all subjects, general average shall follow the below computation:
