AISAT'S ADMISSION POLICY AND PROCEDURE
FOR NEW STUDENTS

QUALIFICATIONS

  1. Senior High School

A Junior High School graduate

Documents required for enrollment:

    1. Original PSA Birth Certificate
    2. 5 pcs 1×1 ID (Close up picture on white background)
    3. Certificate of Good Moral Character
    4. SF 9 (Form 138-A)
    5. Original Junior High School Diploma – when available

*For ALS graduates, ALS Diploma, ALS Certification and Original Certificate of Rating instead of c, d and e.

 

  1. Incoming Freshmen

A Senior High School Graduate

    1. Original PSA Birth Certificate
    2. 5 pcs 1×1 ID (Close up picture on white background)
    3. Certificate of Good Moral Character
    4. SF 9 (Form 138-A)
    5. Original Senior High School Diploma – when available

  1. College Transferees

The candidate is previously enrolled in another college

Documents required for enrollment:

    1. Original PSA Birth Certificate
    2. 5 pcs 1×1 ID (Close up picture on white background)
    3. Certificate of Good Moral Character
    4. Original Honorable Dismissal
    5. Original Transcript of Records (Photocopy of Grades may be used for evaluation purposes only)

Entrance Examination

  1. Applicants must pass an entrance exam composed of multiple choice questions focusing on language and numeric domains.
  2. Entrance exams are conducted on a scheduled basis and registration is through AISAT’s FB messenger, or contact us at admissions@aisat.edu.ph
  3. There is an entrance exam fee of P500, payment of which may be done via online payment options of AISAT.
  4. Aviation Management students will also need to do an essay exam after passing the initial multiple choice entrance exam.
  5. Successful candidates are informed within 10 days after the exam date through an announcement on AISAT’s FB page.
  6. Applicants who fail the entrance exam may no longer have a second attempt within a 12-month period.
  7. Note: During the Covid-pandemic, the entrance exam fee is waived and all exams are conducted online.

Interview

            A successful candidate will be interviewed prior to the applicants’ admission into AISAT.

Enrollment

After a successful interview, candidate may proceed with enrollment, which steps are the following:

  1. Pay the initial down payment of P5,000 via the various online payment options (click PAYMENT OPTIONS tab)
  2. Follow the enrollment procedure for new students (click ENROLLMENT tab)
  3. E-mail a soft copy of all documents requirements to registrar@aisat.edu.ph (documents that are not yet available may be submitted once available, but within the deadline set by the registrar.)
  4. Submit a hard copy of all documents required before the deadline set by the registrar. (this may be done after enrollment)
  5. You will receive your AISAT email account in the email address you submitted to AISAT. Be sure to check your email account frequently upon enrollment. If you have not received any email after 10 days, please inquire at helpdesk@aisat.edu.ph.
  6. Once you have received your AISAT email account, log in to change the password and check frequently to receive your Notice of Enrollment, Invitation to online classes and for other official announcements.
  7. For online classes, the schedules for Google meet will be posted on the AISAT FB page.
